Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

- Warenwert bis 50 € = 4,99 €
- Warenwert über 50 € = kostenlos
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Europa (außer Deutschland): 4,99 € bis 12,99 € (je nach individuellem Ländertarif)
International: ab 29,99 €

Shipping outside the European Union (EU):

For shipments to countries outside the European Union (EU), all deliveries are made exclusively in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 – DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, including but not limited to customs duties, import VAT, and any other public charges or fees incurred in the destination country. The delivery only includes transportation of the goods to the agreed destination; customs clearance and any import-related formalities are not part of our service.
If necessary, the buyer is responsible for obtaining the required information regarding import procedures from the relevant authorities in their country. Any reimbursement or refund of import-related costs by us is expressly excluded.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

-  Bitcoin & Lightning (Note: Refunds in Bitcoin are not possible. Refunds, for example after a withdrawal or a complaint, are always made in euros in the amount of the euro price paid at the time of purchase, regardless of the current BTC exchange rate. For this purpose, please provide us with your bank details.)
