• Standard Heatsink: Usually sufficient for normal operation; however, given the extremely high hashrate ex works, the device already runs at its limit even in standard operation. If there are temperature issues (overheating) or if the fan is too loud, throttling the computing power via the AxeOS operating system can help. Our recommendation in this case is a frequency of 525 MHz and a core voltage of 1150 mV. Note: This comes with a reduced hashrate. When throttled, the Bitaxe will not deliver 1.3 TH/s.
• Overclocking: At your own risk! Devices overclocked beyond the frequency and voltage range provided in the firmware are excluded from warranty and guarantee.
• Regular Care and Maintenance: The Bitaxe is a high-performance miner that requires regular dusting and maintenance. Please also note that the thermal paste should be replaced at regular intervals (we recommend every 6 months at the latest).
