Two well-known thermal compounds for your miner to choose from:
- Noctua NT-H2: thermal compound for good heat transfer and long-term stability, electrically non-conductive and easy to spread. Includes an IPA cleaning wipe for removing old paste.
- Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut: compound for overclocking, designed for high heat density and short temperature spikes, electrically non-conductive.
Both come in 1-gram syringes. That is enough for several applications on ASIC chips or voltage regulators. Pick the paste that suits your cooling setup.

- Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact.
